About this Website Design Package:

This package includes the setup, design and development of a one page scrolling website for your business.

If you:
- Are looking for a redesign of your existing website.
- Wanting a simple landing page.
- A small business or sole trader that just needs a simple website.
- Don't have a website yet and looking for an easy way to get one up and running with minimal time and effort on your part.

This website design package is a great option for starting to build or improve your businesses online presence.

What you get:

- One page scrolling website with sections of content relative to your business (who you are, what you do).
- A web contact form for customers to easily message you.
- If you have tracking codes for Facebook (Meta) Pixel and Google Analytics I can add these to the website for you.
- Assistance with making your website live.
- Free ongoing email support during setup, and after it goes live go for up to 4 weeks. (additional website updates are discussed, quoted and charged on an ad-hoc/project basis)

What you need:

1. An Oncord account (Lite monthly plans available from $5/month)
Most people with only a one-page scrolling website will only need the Lite plan.

2. A Domain (website address)
If you don't have one yet, I can help you register one during setup.
Oncord also offer domain registration through TPP to make setup even easier. You can register a domain here.

3. A Business Email
It's recommended to have a business email setup.
Google Workspace (Gmail) and Office365 are good options and easy to connect to your website.
Alternatively Oncord also offer email accounts from $5/month that you can easily setup within your Oncord account.
I can also help you with this during setup.

Optional Includes:

Text / Copywriting:
If you don't have content written for your website yet. I offer content writing services for an additional cost.
I'll write content for your website based on some basic bullet points about who you are and what you do.
Select the Website & Copy Writing package option to include this service.

Training:
A training session after the website is setup can be beneficial so that you're comfortable to jump in and manage your website (if you want to) moving forward.

Options of a 30 min or 1 hour Zoom training session to go over the basics of the Oncord platform, such as how to edit the website.

Otherwise as an alternative, Oncord have help articles available on their website to follow.
And you're always welcome to send me an email if you have questions or need a hand.

How it Works:

1. Purchase the website package
2. You will receive an email from me to confirm some basic information, your logo file, text and images if you are supplying content, and a brief of what you want if you have any preferences.
3. I build your website within 1-7 days (varies depending on schedule at time of ordering and payment)
4. Once ready I'll email you to let you know for you to review. You're welcome to send back any minor amendment notes if any.
5. I will assist you with making the website live.

If you opted to include a training session we will schedule and arrange this once the website is ready for you to review.

Other Information:

I build all websites I design on the Oncord platform - I do not offer website builds for any other platforms.

It's a great platform for starting with a small website that can grow with your business if you need it to and it's easy to manage yourself.

Once designed and setup, the website will be easy for you to edit yourself with a visual drag and drop editor.
Or you can take advantage of my website update services charged on an ad-hoc basis upon request.

Price excludes costs of external services including but not limited to: payment gateways, merchant facilities, email accounts, Oncord plan monthly fees etc.
Cost of ongoing use of the Oncord Platform:

-- Payment Terms --
For products and invoices less than $1,000 the Client/Customer agrees to pay 100% prior to commencement of work.
For products and invoices with a total of more than $1,000, the Client/Customer agrees to pay the Provider a 50% deposit prior to commencement and the remaining amount within 14 days of completion.

The Provider has the right to alter the price if:
• The development becomes substantially more complex than scope specified
• The instructions change substantially; or
• Additional work other than the items defined in the product/quote is required.
